FFT Maejo Chapter logo  organized in 1961.

45th years of FFT anniversary in Thailand.

The first FFT chapter organized in 1961 at Maejo College of Agriculture, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Dr. Thepprasong Vorayos and his staff adapted the FFA program to fit into the Thai educational program.

Dr. Thepprasong Vorayos the first cowboy at Maejo. Graduated from Texas A& I University in 1960

Sanguan Chantalay was an exchangee in the IFYE program in 1965.

He was an FFT member at Maejo in 1962. He received an FFA honorary membership at Cass County high school in 1965.

The story of FFT is displayed at the Maejo Hall of Fame.

Sanguan is now an retiree and farming in the highlands at Pangfan Nature Observation Center, Maetaeng, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Sanguan also serves the community in the forest restoration, conservation awareness and consultancy to the local administrative committee.

Sanguan serves his Alma Mater Maejo by being an active alumnus and the consultant to the president of Maejo University since 2004.
